  After the Soviet Union has been split, Ukrainian fleet is getting old and many vessels has been sold either for demolition or to foreign shipowners. As a consequence, many seafarers remain unemployed. At the moment, many crewing agencies are trying to introduce Ukrainian seafarers on the international shipping market.

   SHOKK SERVICE MARINE AGENCY LTD. has been licensed by the UKRAINIAN governmental authorities as a crewing agent (License of Ukrainian's Labour Ministry for employ people as broker) and has an adequate office space, facilities, equipment and manpower to meet the requirements of our clients. Crewing, communication and control are supported by powerful software.

Also, necessary remember that Novorossiysk /Moscow/ St.Petersburg are the cities of Russia (foreign country). It means that very large area is not covered and these companies are losing chance to select seafarers from our region and make their crew more better.
